Yes — our pieces are designed to handle water exposure and resist tarnishing. To keep them looking their best long-term, we recommend avoiding contact with products that may contain harsh chemicals like lotion or perfume, or prolonged exposure to a heavily chlorinated pool.
3. Where is your jewellery made and shipped from?
Many of our pieces are designed in house at Gold Aura, and we work with trusted suppliers and artisans around the world — including Thailand, Korea, China, and India. All our pieces are stocked, packed and shipped from the UK.
4. Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes! Every order is beautifully wrapped, includes free gifts, and ships without a receipt — so it can be gifted as-is, completely sealed. We use eco-friendly packaging that makes every unboxing feel special.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs will vary by country and are shown at checkout. Be aware that import taxes may be applied by your local government if you are ordering from outside the UK.
