1. What materials are your jewellery pieces made from?
Most Gold Aura Jewellery pieces are made from durable 316 stainless steel. Our gold styles are finished with 18k gold PVD plating for a long-lasting, tarnish-resistant finish. We also carry a smaller collection of 925 sterling-silver pieces; the materials used are listed on each product page.
2. Is your jewellery water-resistant?
Yes, our stainless-steel jewellery is waterproof and designed for everyday wear, including handwashing and showering. To keep the finish looking its best, avoid bleach and other harsh chemicals and rinse with fresh water after contact with chlorinated pools or salt water. Sterling-silver pieces require additional care; please check the product description and our Jewellery Care guide.
3. Where is your jewellery made and shipped from?
Many of our pieces are designed in house at Gold Aura, and we work with trusted suppliers and artisans around the world — including Thailand, Korea, China, and India. All our pieces are stocked, packed and shipped from the UK.
4. Is the packaging gift-ready?
Yes! Every order is beautifully wrapped, includes free gifts, and ships without a receipt — so it can be gifted as-is and every unboxing feels special.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs will vary by country and are shown at checkout. Be aware that import taxes may be applied by your local government if you are ordering from outside the UK.
