The Miraculous Medal traces its origins to the year 1830 in Paris, France, following a series of apparitions to a humble novice named Saint Catherine Labouré. Initially known as the Medal of the Immaculate Conception, it quickly earned the name "Miraculous Medal" due to the numerous documented healings, protections, and spiritual conversions attributed to those who wore it with confidence, solidifying its place as one of the most recognized and beloved symbols in Catholicism.
